What this policy covers
This policy describes how data is handled on the Tidily website. The iPhone and iPad app has its own privacy policy, linked at the end of this page.
Browsing and hosting
The hosting provider receives the technical data needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, the date and time of the request and the information your browser sends. This data may appear in the server’s access and security logs.
Its purpose is to serve the website, keep it secure and diagnose problems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the site. The hosting provider may access this data as needed to provide the service; it may also be disclosed to authorities where there is a legal obligation.
Tools and the data you enter
The tools run in your browser. The rooms, tasks, names and checkmarks you enter are saved in your browser’s local storage so you find them when you come back. The website’s code does not send them to the server. You can delete them with the “Start over” button or in your browser settings. There are no user accounts or sign-up forms.
Measurement and App Store links
We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or session recording tools. We may review search statistics through Google Search Console, without installing any tracking code on this website.
App Store buttons include a single campaign tag for the whole website. When you tap them you leave this site, and Apple handles browsing and attribution under its own terms. The link doesn’t include anything you type into the tools. Links to other websites, such as the sources we cite, lead to services with their own policies.
Inquiries and retention
If you email hola@miguelpg.com, we use your email address and message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry.
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the conversation and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions about you.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability using the contact details on this page.
You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the competent supervisory authority.
